TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT WE CAN DO

CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

Whatever we say about our work, we know you’ll want to see for yourself. So, here are some recent Mint Build projects in the Sheffield area...

CASE STUDY 1

DONCASTER ROAD, BARNSLEY

This project in Barnsley involved our team helping to plan and organise the project from start to finish. This included helping to connect the client with local architects and structural engineers.

We then helped to plan the whole project process, putting together a time plan of the project, and calculating the costs involved. We also worked with local building control to pass everything so that the client could get their completion certificate at the end.

We had to remove existing buildings before work started on a two storey wraparound extension with full landscaping of the property. Internal alterations and full roof replacement were also involved. The client was over the moon with the result of the project, and our team was proud of what they achieved.

CASE STUDY 2

PROSPECT ROAD, SHEFFIELD

This project was completed in 2023 in Sheffield. It involved the extension and structural alteration of Broadway House on Prospect Road, S17. The stone-built house is nearly 300 years old, so our team had to be careful not to damage the stonework. We had to safely remove an existing building, then build a new extension to complement the existing property. We had to complete major structural work on this project, with 650mm thick rubble-filled stone walls. The end result looks amazing.

As with every project we undertake, the needs of our client were at the heart of the process, and this ensures that they were delighted with what we accomplished.
